Summertime Tarpon and Snook 6/16/12

It's that's time of year where boat traffic is gone and afternoon storms are upon us. This is my favorite time of year to catch tarpon and snook in the Naples area. We have been catching some really big snook and some really nice tarpon. The biggest snook this month goes to Bruce Marlowe, she ate a live pilchard in a shallow back bay. Redfish were eating well early this month, but I haven't fished for them in a few weeks. If you are planning a trip to Naples give me a call to catch some big fish.
